THE HARD TRUTH
Approximately 7.6 million companion animals enter animal shelters nationwide every year.
The purpose of P.A.W.S. is to promote interest in the welfare of animals in the community. The goal of this club is to raise awareness about local mistreated or homeless animals through community activism. This club will provide fellowship among students and faculty who have an appreciation for animals and give them the opportunity to work with local animals. P.A.W.S. will represent student needs and wants in regard to community outreach to unfortunate animals.
